Catholic Eucharist Today
Mondays of March 15 and 22, 7:30 p.m., St. Elizabeth Seton Chapel

Does it Really Make the Church? is a phrase which many Catholic leaders use today: "The Eucharist makes the Church, and the Church makes the Eucharist". First of all, what are our Catholic leaders trying to say? Second, does this offer any direct help for ordinary Catholics? Are we truly Catholics only when we attend Mass or are we also Catholics in our homes and our work places? Eucharist is very important. The Gospels are very important. Our families are very important. Our work is very important. How can we bring all these aspects of our life together?

Fr. Kenan Osborne, O.F.M. is a spirited and animated teacher, and students at the Franciscan School of Theology have been crowding into his popular classes since 1968. He has traveled and taught in mainland China, Singapore and India to unite Christian ways of thinking with Asian ways of thought.
