Confirmation Year 1 Service Log
As part of your Confirmation preparation, you are asked to do 20 hours of service that meets the needs of our human family, parish or the world. This can be done with our parish or another charitable organization. Service is a something you do without monetary benefit of any kind to you. This form will help you describe what you did and confirm your participation. This is due before you celebrate the Sacrament of Confirmation in May. Please make copies of this form as needed in order to fulfill your 20 hour requirement.
