WE NEED YOUR SPECIAL GENEROSITY
Everyone is asked to prayerfully consider how their generosity can reflect their gratitude for the gifts that God has given them. Each family is asked to consider a pledge of $5,000 or more, payable over four years. A pledge of $5,000, after a 10% down payment of $500, is $94 per month or $3.08 a day.
However, we know that a pledge of $5,000 will be a challenge for some of our parish households. Therefore, it is vital to the success of our campaign that those with greater financial resources exceed this amount. Families or individuals who are financially capable of pledging $10,000, $25,000, $50,000, $100,000 or more, are asked to step forward and become leaders of our campaign.
Every member of our parish community is integral to our success in reaching this goal, and, therefore, each family is asked to consider making a pledge to the campaign to the best of their ability.

Our stewardship needs for the completion of
the Pope John Paul II Activity Center are significant..
Total Costs are estimated at $6 million, of which:
$1.4 million is for repayment of our current diocesan loan.
$4.6 million supports construction, fees, furnishing, and loan interest payments on our future facilities.
Of this $6 million need, we seek to raise $5 million through our Giving in Faith, Fulfilling Our Vision Campaign, and $1 million from foundation grants and other sources.
We move into our completion program with momentum:
• Complex and time-consuming city approvals for the project are in place.
• The Diocese has approved our campaign and completion plans.
• We are in a period of stable construction costs.
• Our architect, program manager, and contractors, all experienced with the project, are available and prepared to proceed.
While this represents a major challenge, we feel there will be no better time than now to move forward. The needs for these facilities exist today, and will continue to grow. Stable costs today could turn into significantly escalating costs in the near future. We have the opportunity to complete a Center that will serve our needs today, tomorrow, and for generations to come. Our Parish Pastoral Council has unanimously endorsed a plan to proceed with our campaign and the completion of the Pope John Paul II Activity Center.
In faith, we ask for the prayerful consideration and stewardship of our entire community in support of this effort. The completion of our Pope John Paul II Activity Center will fulfill a vision, 20 years in the making, of our Seton site with a complete range of facilities, all built to support our mission to know Christ better, live as he calls us to live, and make him better known.
