It makes it easy for you to support the Catholic Community of Pleasanton. Get your Quality of Life card. This is the first step in taking advantage of our Quality of Life programs. To participate in scrip, get a card from either St. Augustine or St. Elozabeth Seton Church office or: • Contact Raley's Corporate Consumer Affairs at 800-925-9989. Request that a "Quality of Life Card” be sent to you. • Be sure to identify the store you shop at and inform them that you want the credit to go to the Catholic Community of Pleasanton. This step can not be done online after you receive the card. There is a link on this web site to a listing of all stores in Northern California. • Register online and select which organization you wish to support. • Present your card to your cashier each time you shop. We will donate a percentage of your purchases to the Catholic Community of Pleasanton. • Check here periodically to see how much money you've raised as well as change your organizations and contribution percentages. There is a link to an overview of the enrollmwnt process and well as a detailed step-by-step explanation of the enrollment process. Use these help screens to make the enrollment process simple and easy. The Quality of Life Card is different than other scrip programs. For example, there are no product exclusions with our program. All of your purchases except non-merchandise items (lottery tickets, money orders, sales tax, etc.) generate money for your church. The Staff and Mangement at Raley's, Bel Air and Nob Hill Foods hope you find the Quality of Life Card to be a simple and convenient way to help enhance the quality of life in our community.
