The Military Peer Support Group is a mutual self-help non-denominational group for all military veterans. We meet once a month to provide a safe environment where we can openly discuss the difficulties of coping with the thoughts and feelings associated with military service, past combat operations, and the difficulties associated with returning to life outside the military back home. We provide emotional, psychological, and moral support for each other.
Note we are not associated with any government entity or other veterans’ organization. Veterans share life challenges and opportunities with other veterans the 3rd Thursday of each month at St Augustine's Rectory Conference Room from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.. All ages welcome. Please contact us using the form below to contact us or if you would like to join us. |
Christmas & Easter Cards For Active Military
During the Christmas and Easter Season, we wish to acknowledge and pray for military personnel who are deployed, returning or who have fallen. We also wish to support them in other ways. The CCOP Military Peer Support Group would like to send a Christmas or Easter card to those deployed on active service during the holiday season. To register a family member for this please complete the Military Family Member Registry Card below. Military Family Member Registry Card Please pray for my family member or friend, who is on active duty in the US military, and send holiday greetings to him/her. |
