Women of Faith Ministry will support women of all ages at the Catholic Community of Pleasanton. We will walk together on our faith journey to a stronger relationship with our loving God. We will do this through the pillars of Spiritual, Service and Social.

The Catholic Community of Pleasanton Women of Faith ministry is hosting a Day Retreat at St. Augustine Parish Hall on the first Saturday of Lent, February 21, 2026. The retreat leader is Father Jim Sullivan, a Catholic priest, author, and speaker. He will lead “A Lenten Day of Reflection on the Psalms.” Come away into the desert where God’s voice may be heard with clarity. We will enter a deeper experience of Lent through a day of reflection on the Lord’s word through the Psalms. We will explore Lenten themes of prayer, fasting, almsgiving, self-denial, sacrifice and the richness of the Lord’s prophetic words pointing to the Passion of the Lord.

Spiritual Pillar will support and nurture growth in our Catholic faith through monthly speakers, small group sharing, prayer and retreats.

Service Pillar
Service Pillar will identify the needs within our community and extend our helping hands.

Social Pillar
Social Pillar will welcome and foster fellowship through faith-based activities and events, such as an annual women’s tea.
