​Young Disciples is CCOP’s young adult ministry, dedicated to helping young adults grow in their relationship with Christ. Our mission is to lead young adults to know Jesus Christ, discover their God-given purpose, and live it out within the life and mission of the Catholic Church.

We provide opportunities for faith formation, community, service, and fellowship through gatherings, discussions, social events, and activities.

Open to young adults ages 18 and older, Young Disciples is a welcoming community for Gen Z and Millennial adults where faith grows, friendships flourish, and disciples are formed.
