REGISTRATION FOR THE 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR IS OPEN

​Instructions for how to create a login to our Realm database system and how to register for classes.

2024-2025  Faith Formation Fees
         Each Year 2 Sacrament Student - $220.00
All Other Students - $170.00
     Sacrament Preparation is a two-year program.  After completing one year of Faith Formation class (Year 1 Sacraemnt Student) they may be registered to complete Year 2 and celebrate their Sacraments of Reconciliation (Confession) and Eucharist (Communion).

The Disciples of Christ (DOC) 6th through 8th Grade Youth Group accepts registrants throughout the Faith Formation year.  Mid-year registrations are pro-rated based upon entry to program (Dec $100 and Mar $50).

If your child is seeking enter the two-year Sacrament program to celebrate Reconciliation (Confession) or Eucharist (Communion), regular attendance at the program is required.

Take Aways - 10/4/2022

We looked at the Holy Bible.  It isn't a book, but several books that covers the period of time before Jesus and after Jesus being on Earth. We'll refer to the Bible often during our faith journey this year.  Bible citations will allow us to find different verses and readings.  We'll be using a Catholic approved New American Standard Bible (NASB) or a New American Bible Revised Edition (NABRE) in class.  The Bible is also available on several phone apps (iMissal, Catholic Bible, etc...) and several websites (USCCB.org -or- BibleGateway.com). 

What is the best Bible to read?  It is simply the one you are willing to pick up and read.

Be sure you read and understand the CCOP Faith Formation Code of Conduct - 'RESPECT'

Be timely - Youth Group is 7:00pm to 8:15pm
Upon arrival, check in with your Catechist(s) at the appropriate classroom. Leave your cellphone, pick up your nametag lanyard, and then meet back in Hall for Large Group Opening.
On normal nights, one group (either 1 or 2) will go to their classrooms while the other group stays in hall.  Halfway through our time, we'll switch.
Before Large Group Closing, please help clean up the classrooms and the Hall.  We'll meet back in Hall for Large Group Closing with about 5 minutes left.
