ONLINE GIVING WITH REALM

​We are making exciting changes to our church’s online community! Our new site will make it easier for you to give and provide you with more ways to minister to each other online. While this allows new features and functionality for our church, it will require that recurring gifts be re-scheduled.

To ensure that your gifts continue as you intend and you aren’t doubling your donation, you’ll need to delete your scheduled gift with our old online giving site Giving Made Easy (GME).

To deactivate your Giving Made Easy (GME) account and move over Realm giving, please contact Christine Cardullo at ccardullo@catholicsofpleasanton.org or 925-474-2788.

Please complete these steps as soon as possible as we hope to transfer completely off our old system soon. Your generous support is vital to our ministry. Thank you for taking a few moments to update your giving information.
WHAT ABOUT GIVING?
Realm gives you control over your giving.
Giving should be easy, and Realm places giving right in the palm of your hands. You may set up recurring gifts, view your giving history, and make changes at any time. Realm automatically records all electronic gifts and adds them to your giving record making it easy for you to give, and easy for our bookkeeper to track. We will be moving away from the two platforms that we currently use, Giving Made Easy and tithe.ly. 
​HOW DO I START?
Follow a few simple steps. 
 
If you haven’t received an invitation to join Realm yet:
 
1. Visit onrealm.org/catholicsofpleasanton to set up a Realm login.

2. Visit http://onelink.to/connectapp to download the mobile app. 
  • Your Realm login works on your home computer and on your mobile devices, so when you sign into Realm, use the login you created in step 1 for the computer or the app.
  • Check to make sure that we have your address and other personal information entered correctly under My Profile. If anything is incorrect, you can change it.
