This year, we will be doing Faith Formation Registration online via Flocknote. Many of you already subscribe to the parish weekly emails through Flocknote so you more than likely already have an account. Getting started is easy!
STEP 1
Sign up for Flocknote!
If you aren't already signed up for Flocknote, signing up is quick and easy, either on mobile or desktop!
Sign Up On Mobile
1. Text “JoinCCOP” to 84576.
Sign Up On Desktop
Open your internet browser (i.s Safari, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox) and go to www.flocknote.com/ccop. Enter the requested information and click on “Sign Me Up”.
STEP 2
Make Sure Your Family Information Is Up To Date
Please make sure that your children are listed as a family member in Flocknote. Once you have joined and are logged in, click on the gray icon to view or update your profile, including adding your children.

PLEASE NOTE: Please leave the email address and phone number for your children blank if they do not have their own email address and phone number. DO NOT use your own email or phone number. You will be able to mark yourself as their proxy so you receive all communication. 
STEP 3
Step by Step Instructions To Register For Faith Formation Classes: ​
  1. Click on the REGISTER NOW BUTTON.
  2. It will take you to the signup.
  3. Choose the class for your child.
  4. Fill out the requested information (i.e. date of birth, grade, baptism, etc)
  5. Upload requested documents (if applicable)
  6. Click on "Sign Them Up"
  7. If you have additional children, simply repeat the process.
  8. When done, click on "Pay Now" 
  9. That’s It!
